Kaffka (Kaffka Enterprise) was formed in 2000 together with a former team of construction based company with an intention of bringing high quality of design & concept into the competitive interior design industrial to the serving the residential and commercial marketplaces sector and entering the market share.

We have learn & absorb along this years by understand your needs & the frustration in dealing with numerous parties (eg namely contractors, suppliers, vendors & etc) during the process of procurement, planning & implementation of pre and during renovation process.

Design and Build

Our approximately above 10years and gradually upgrading input of knowledge together with many areas of experience gain from working direct or outsource partners like Architects, Consultants, Surveyor and all professional bodies allowing us to service include design and build for the project to meet client needs and budget

Development

Mini development will our next milestone, we are initially negotiating and working very closely on SME developments with existing developer which are able to provide all areas of construction requirements include JV with land owner to build and development including leasing for the project . We are targeting small-medium size development consist of partnership with Land-owner onto JV directions or even includes of leasing into S&P proceedings.

On top of landed properties developments we are also looking into acquiring reasonable size land venturing onto an in-house Mini Highrise unique self-sustainable development probably found many abroad or neighbouring country. We are also well-versed with our Main-contractors, Sub-contractors, and Manpower provider where subsequencely will work along closely with us to provide and execute all necessary task to fulfil the objectives. .

Project Management

Our main objective is to concentrate and emphasize on Project management adapting to our present construction backbone based company with years of knowledge and experience working with numerous established trade and management companies. In terms of pursuing towards that directions on a team of workforce with qualified skills, knowledge forecasting project implementation.

Project Management is our core business as we have strong project management team including site and cost management team. We are also working very closely emphasizing on cost effectiveness measures with our project team in-house OS/Engineer, traders, subcons, suppliers & others relevant partners meeting necessary cost saving needs.

Contract and Supply

We do provide cleaning & maintainace contract for GLC & government including supply part and equipment for relevant parties

On other contractual areas like Government sector into eg. refurbishment, upkeeping of training centre, Event/sponsor and CSR also part of our area of services providing to part-of support team.

Safety & Health Policy

Our intension is to prioritize on works and/or project site safety policy whereby to provide or reach an accumulative numbers so to is to achieved ZERO accidence at site.

As safety is always we shall utmost put our top priority bide progress on top of well taking care of our, be it in-house staffs or working associate welfare, contract basis workers compensation, implementation of site safety thus we also offer and protects clients interest.
